If registered by 10-16-18, the registration fee will be $200.00 for chef educators/Professionals.

General Information:
The Alamo Colleges District, St. Philip’s College, will host the upcoming IV International Congress of Gastronomy Educators, which will be held on October 19 – 21, 2018 at St. Philip’s College. This event will bring together chef educators and other special guests from around the world under the theme: “Gastronomy of the Americas”.
