DIPLOMA STORE

Students who purchase a reprinted diploma will now receive a mailed copy along with a digital copy through our partnership with Parchment our new credentials platform. Once Alamo Colleges provides Parchment your order, you will be notified by email and text with instructions on how to immediately obtain their digital diplomas from their Parchment dashboard. For physical diploma processing  may take 2-3 weeks to receive.  

If you encounter any issues with your Parchment dashboard, need assistance with your login or diploma, please reach out to Parchment Support services or Parchment Diploma Support, accessible on the Parchment website & at: 847-716-3005.

**Alamo College District will be closed beginning December 19, 2024 through January 1, 2025. Diploma requests made during this time will be processed on January 2, 2025, when we resume regular operating hours.**
